To begin the solar cleaning process, we must attach our equipment to an exterior faucet. This allows us to proceed to the next step.

We don’t use tap water, we filter it! This strips the water of minerals, allowing the water to dry spot free on the solar panels. This is especially important because in the hot sun, solar panels tend to dry very quickly. If there are minerals in the water, they will etch into the surface of the panel.

We always take close up photos before to show you all the build up on the panels. After we clean the solar panels, we take the same photo to show you the difference!

This is where most companies lack! We take it the extra mile to notify you of any possible damages or concerns on your roof. We document damaged tiles, shingles, etc. As well as possible leaks or infestations. Likewise, we always inspect the gutters to see if gutter cleaning is necessary!

This is where we start scrubbing away all the dirt, pollen, and bird poop with our scratch free water-fed brush system.

Many companies will STRESS a cleaning to be every 3-6 months, but the reality is, they just want your money!
OUR RECOMMENDATION:
Most of our clients opt-in for service once a year, however in rare situations where the panels are exceptionally dirty, we will recommend every six months .

EXAMPLE: You have 30 solar panels, which normally costs $210, however you save $21 if you are above the age of 60, bringing your total to $189. However, lets say you tell your friend about us after we finish the service and they get their panels cleaned. Well now, your next cleaning will be 20% OFF ($168). Every additional referral is an additional 10%.
